Ordering Cards for Organizations
If you are from an organization, we will be happy to supply you, free of charge, with as many cards as you can distribute.  If you have an event coming up, be sure to call us to see how we can assist you.  There are several ways to place your order:

Ordering Cards for Individuals
If you are an individual and want to obtain a card, you have several methods of obtaining one:

2.  Call us at 877-377-9101.  Our office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.  You are welcome to leave a message, but we need you to leave the following information:
 Ÿ First and last name
 Ÿ Complete address
 Ÿ City, State and Zip code
 Ÿ Phone number in case we have any questions
 Ÿ Number of cards needed - be sure to order extras for friends and family.

If leaving a message, please speak slowly and spell any unusual words, including your name!
