Heritage Consulting Group, Inc. has been furnishing FREE discount prescription cards to non-profit organizations and other organizations in need for nearly two years. We have never charged for the cards and materials we ship to you, nor is there any enrollment or ongoing fee for cardholders to use the cards. This is our community service project and is supported by other programs available through our organization, and saved individuals over $1,000,000 in 2005 on the cost of their prescription drugs.

PR Kit: This document gives you an overview of the Rx101Saverscard program, a who’s who of the organizations involved, and the methods of distribution available to your organization. This may be printed and presented to prospective clients.

English Card-FAQ: This is an activated card. It is two sided, 8.5” x 11” and contains a listing of network pharmacies and FAQs about both the prescription card and the diabetic supplies. This card may be printed in any quantity, and is a quick way to get the card to members while waiting on a shipment of cards.

Spanish Card-FAQ: Same as above, but in Spanish 

English Card only: This is a pdf of the 3.5” x 8.5” card. It is two sided, contains two activated cards and a list of network pharmacies. This is the style of the card that we distribute when furnishing the cards to organizations.  If you intend to print in quantity, we can supply original files in Adobe Pagemaker. English 11”x 17” Poster: Full color poster with space to put your organization’s location for picking up cards and a phone number.

Request form: This form can be distributed to organizations to whom you supply cards. If you prefer to have the form faxed directly to you, we can created a personalized form for you to use. If handing out this card, put your agent number somewhere on the form.

Take-One Stand: 8.5 x 11 colored insert. Stands may be ordered from www.storesmart.com 800-424-1011. Item No. PEB85 (easel back sign) & Item No. PLB4F (literature box).

Program Highlights Brochure: Full color, two-sided, tri-fold brochure. Tells highlights of program, and is suitable for handing to organizations that are distributing the cards. Includes a place for your name and contact information.
