- Download
and print your drug card
- Write
your name on the prescription drug card
- Complete
the ID section
of the prescription drug card. This does
NOT need to be a Social
Security Number, but
must be nine digits long. it
may be a combination
of letters and numerals. Many
people use their initials
and date of birth. Example: NLC092363
- Take
to a participating
pharmacy to see what your
discounted price will be.
- Savings
varies by drug, and average
about 20% off retail
prices.

a prescription drug card to you.
Our member services staff are not able to give drug pricing.
